This one is in honour of Eddie Yeoh aka Papa Yeoh, or Kong Kong (which is grandfather in Hokkien).
We have taken Eddie's original sambal recipe and turned it into a delicious fermented hot sauce you can drown your food in.
Not for the fainted heart but vegan friendly.
Shake well before using and keep refrigerated.
Ingredients: Chilli, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Kaffir Leaves, Tamarind, Ginger, Salt
